Mimoe is a client portal provided by A-List Media so our advertising clients can view their ad performance, onboarding progress, messages, and leads.

Information we process

• Account details — your name, email, and business name, used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Advertising performance — spend, leads, impressions, and related metrics for the ad campaigns we run for you.
• CRM data — messages and contacts from your connected GoHighLevel sub-account, shown so you can view and respond to leads.
• Device tokens — to send you push notifications (e.g., when a new lead arrives). You can disable notifications anytime.

How we use it

Solely to provide the portal: display your results and onboarding, surface your messages and leads, send notifications you've enabled, and provide support.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the portal (e.g., GoHighLevel, Meta, our hosting and notification providers). We do not sell your data. Authorized A-List Media staff may access your account to provide support and run your campaigns.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized staff. We retain your data while you are an active client.
